A session just for families. Bring your children (aged 5 and over) and enjoy our wood-fired sauna, warm room, copper cold shower and outdoor space together, at your own pace. Warm up, cool down, rest by the fire and repeat. We will aim to run the sauna a little cooler, so it's a gentle, happy introduction to the heat for little ones.
