Our everyday session at Chiltern Sauna Circle. Enjoy an hour of our wood-fired sauna, warm room, copper cold shower, cold bath tub and outdoor space, at your own pace.

Warm up, cool down, then rest and repeat, alongside a friendly mix of regulars and new faces. Come alone or come with others and enjoy the heat.

A wonderful way to reset during the week.
