Hot House Sauna Co is at Linton Hotspurs FC, New Moor Road, West Linton, EH46 7AU.

Question 3

When are you open?

Accepted Answer

Public sessions run Monday 16:00-19:30, Friday 14:00-18:45, Saturday 08:00-12:45, 13:45-17:15 and Sunday 12:00-16:45. Times change week to week - the calendar always shows what is actually bookable. These are the times recurring sessions run. One-off dates and cancelled sessions can differ, so check the calendar for a particular day.

Question 4

What sessions do you run?

Accepted Answer

Hot House Sauna Co runs Women Only, Public session and Private session. Private hire is also available. The calendar shows every session that is currently bookable.

Question 5

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Prices run from £15 to £90 a session, depending on which session you book and which price you choose. Hot House Sauna Co offers a choice of prices - Communal, Private session and Public session - so you can pick the one that fits. The exact price shows on each session when you book. Prices differ by session, so the range above spans every session this venue currently runs.

Question 6

How do I book a session with Hot House Sauna Co?

Accepted Answer

Pick a date from the calendar, choose an available time slot, enter your details, and complete payment if the session is paid. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to manage the booking.

Question 7

Do I need an account to book?

Accepted Answer

Not if you have not booked here before. You can book as a guest using just your email address. If you already have an account with that address you are asked to sign in first, and an account makes managing future bookings easier.

Question 8

Can I book the same session every week automatically?

Accepted Answer

No. Bookings are made one at a time, so pick the date and time you want on each occasion. Anything you have already booked is listed on your account page.

Question 9

How far ahead can I book?

Accepted Answer

For regular sessions you can book up to 90 days ahead. Dates further out appear on the booking page closer to the time. Some sessions are one-off dates, or run to a set end date, so they do not follow this window.

Question 10

How late can I book?

Accepted Answer

How late you can book depends on the session. Each session stays bookable until its own closing time. After that, the session shows as "Booking is now closed".

Question 11

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

Payment methods are set by the venue and vary by region, typically card payments, with mobile wallets and local bank-debit options where the venue has enabled them. Memberships and Bundles unlock reduced prices automatically when you are signed in.

Question 12

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use the manage link in your confirmation email to reschedule up to 48 hours before the session starts, or to cancel up to 48 hours before the session starts. Paid bookings are compensated with reusable account credit, which you can spend on a future booking. Some sessions have their own rules. The exact rule for a session is shown when you book, and in your confirmation email.

Question 13

What happens if a session is cancelled?

Accepted Answer

You will get an email letting you know. Any payment is automatically returned as reusable account credit, which you can spend on a future booking. There is nothing you need to do. Some sessions have their own rules. The exact rule for a session is shown when you book, and in your confirmation email.

Question 14

Can I change a private hire booking?

Accepted Answer

Private hire bookings can only be changed by the venue. Contact Hot House Sauna Co to make any changes or to cancel. Adding or removing spaces on a private hire booking is always done by Hot House Sauna Co.

Question 15

What does a membership include?

Accepted Answer

Hot House Club includes 4 sessions each billing period. Hot House Plus includes 8 sessions each billing period and 10% off eligible sessions. A member rate covers your own space on a booking. Any extra spaces on the same booking are charged at the usual price. A member price can differ by session, and some sessions are not included. The price you pay is shown on the booking page once you are signed in.

Question 16

Do included sessions roll over?

Accepted Answer

No. Included sessions are counted against the period the session takes place in, so anything you have not used when a new period starts is not carried over. An included session is counted when you book, and it is returned to the period the session sat in if you cancel.

Question 17

What happens to my bookings if my membership ends?

Accepted Answer

Bookings that used a session included in your membership are cancelled if the session is after your membership ends, and you will get an email about each one. Anything extra you paid on those bookings is refunded. Sessions before your membership ends are not affected, and if you cancel, your membership keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.

Question 18

How does my membership apply when I book?

Accepted Answer

Sign in with the email address your membership is under and book as normal. Your membership is applied automatically at checkout. One included session covers one space on the booking, and any extra spaces on the same booking are charged at the usual price.

Question 19

How do I change or cancel my membership?

Accepted Answer

To move to a different membership, go to your account page and choose Change plan. To update your card or cancel, open Manage payment. If you cannot make the change you need there, contact Hot House Sauna Co.

Question 20

Can I buy a gift voucher?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Gift vouchers can be bought for Hot House Sauna Co from the gift vouchers page. Pick a voucher, add a personal message, and the recipient receives a code by email that they redeem at checkout.

Question 21

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You are asked to read and agree to the venue's waiver when you book, and your agreement covers the spaces on your booking. You are asked to agree each time you book.
