80s music in the speakers. Fans swooshing. Heat building. Sweets waiting for you on the other side.

Three rounds of sauna fun:

🌬️ Let It Go

Then a silent release, a cold plunge, and the best bit of the night.

SWEET HEAT

Wrapped up, glowing and shaking off the cold, you finish with the fizziest sweets going. Flying Saucers. Sherbet Lemons. Plus my Sweet Heat Fizz, a homemade, ice cold, properly bubbly grown up retro soda made with produce from my own allotment. Lemon balm, mint, apple and berries. The fizz of your childhood, all grown up. 🍋

WHY IT'S DIFFERENT

This is not an 80s theme night. Scent, sound, fan, taste, cold and heat all work together, so you leave lighter, brighter and a bit giddy. Playful, nostalgic and surprisingly emotional. The one everyone will be talking about.

ABOUT ME

I lived in the 80s. I danced in the 80s. I clubbed in the 80s. I ate every single one of those sweets. I know exactly what that music feels like in the body, and I'm bringing all of it into the sauna. Come on a fun 80s journey with me! 🎶

If you love this era of music, this one is for you.
