Enjoy Nordic Sweat's sauna and ice bath all by yourself for 30 or 50 minute sessions. The space is entirely yours always, or bring up to two guests. Add compression boots and towel hire on check out, to complete your package. The sauna is always pre-heated so you make the most of your time. Available 6am - 6pm weekdays.
