Cacao & Sauna

Join us for an afternoon of intention, ceremony, meditation and community. Partnering with Journeys with Cacao, we are offering a special two-hour event for the Outer Cape community: sauna in our wood-fired barrel sauna with panoramic views of Duck Creek in downtown Wellfleet, then partake in ceremonial cacao with guidance from experienced cacao facilitators.

Ally & Kensey hold space for the group while introducing ceremonial cacao, sustainably sourced from the Bribri tribe in Costa Rica. We will gather, set intentions, and embark on a heart-opening journey together. ❤️‍🔥

What is a cacao ceremony?

Cacao is a sacred plant medicine with a long history of use in ritual and community gatherings in Central and South America.

A cacao ceremony is an intentional gathering that begins with learning about the cacao we’re sitting with, honoring its lineage, setting an intention, and mindfully drinking the cacao. Each ceremony is unique, weaving together practices that invite us to slow down, connect with ourselves, and share in community.
