Accepted Answer

Sessions at Puffin Sauna are £12.

Question 5

How do I book a session with Puffin Sauna?

Accepted Answer

Pick a date from the calendar, choose an available time slot, enter your details, and complete payment if the session is paid. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to manage the booking.

Question 6

Do I need an account to book?

Accepted Answer

Not if you have not booked here before. You can book as a guest using just your email address. If you already have an account with that address you are asked to sign in first, and an account makes managing future bookings easier.

Question 7

Can I book the same session every week automatically?

Accepted Answer

No. Bookings are made one at a time, so pick the date and time you want on each occasion. Anything you have already booked is listed on your account page.

Question 8

How far ahead can I book?

Accepted Answer

You can book up to 30 days ahead. Dates further out appear on the booking page closer to the time.

Question 9

How late can I book?

Accepted Answer

Bookings close when the session starts. After that, the session shows as "Booking is now closed".

Question 10

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

Payment methods are set by the venue and vary by region, typically card payments, with mobile wallets and local bank-debit options where the venue has enabled them. Memberships and Bundles unlock reduced prices automatically when you are signed in.

Question 11

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use the manage link in your confirmation email to reschedule up to 24 hours before the session starts, or to cancel up to 24 hours before the session starts. Paid bookings are compensated with reusable account credit, which you can spend on a future booking. Some sessions have their own rules. The exact rule for a session is shown when you book, and in your confirmation email.

Question 12

What happens if a session is cancelled?

Accepted Answer

You will get an email letting you know. Any payment is automatically returned as reusable account credit, which you can spend on a future booking. There is nothing you need to do. Some sessions have their own rules. The exact rule for a session is shown when you book, and in your confirmation email.

Question 13

Can I change a private hire booking?

Accepted Answer

Whether you can change or cancel a private hire booking yourself depends on the session. Where you cannot, contact Puffin Sauna to make any changes or to cancel. Adding or removing spaces on a private hire booking is always done by Puffin Sauna. What you can do is shown on your booking and in your confirmation email.

Question 14

Can I buy a gift voucher?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Gift vouchers can be bought for Puffin Sauna from the gift vouchers page. Pick a voucher, add a personal message, and the recipient receives a code by email that they redeem at checkout.

Question 15

How do Bundles work?

Accepted Answer

A Bundle is a set of sessions bought up front at a lower price than booking them one at a time. Once you have bought one, it is applied automatically when you book an eligible session while signed in with the same email address.

Question 16

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You are asked to read and agree to the venue's waiver when you book, and your agreement covers the spaces on your booking. If the wording changes you are asked to agree again the next time you book.

Question 17

Who do I contact about my booking?

Accepted Answer

Bookings are handled by Puffin Sauna, so email puffinsauna@gmail.com. Have your booking reference from your confirmation email to hand and they can find it straight away.
