Sauna Del Soul at Stithians Lake
Unwind beside the water in our wood-fired mobile sauna at Stithians Lake. Heated by a traditional Harvia wood-burning stove, it's a calm space to warm up, slow down and reset. Move between the heat and our cold plunge tub at your own pace.
Sessions
Shared session: £15 per person, 1 hour. Limited to 8 bathers, so it never feels crowded.
Private session: £90 for the whole sauna, 1 hour, up to 10 people. Ideal for friends, family or a group celebration.
What to bring
Two towels: one to sit on in the sauna, one to dry off
A water bottle to stay hydrated between rounds
Towels and water aren't provided, so please come prepared. We recommend rounds of 10 to 15 minutes in the heat, with cooling breaks in between.
We look forward to welcoming you to the lake
