We're tucked into a meadow, so leave a little extra time to arrive unhurried. Follow the booking confirmation for directions — once you're close, slow down, breathe the air in, and let the trees guide you the rest of the way. The transition begins before you even step inside.

What to Bring

Come prepared and you won't need to think about a thing once you're here.

Two towels — one to wrap around you, one to sit on in the sauna
Swimwear — comfortable and ready for both heat and cold
Flip flops or sliders — for moving between spaces
Leave your jewelry at home — metal heats quickly and cold water isn't kind to it. Arrive unadorned and unencumbered.

On Arrival

Follow signs from the car park to the Sauna, a torch may be handy, if you get lost, call 07758512797.

The Vibe

Fen Zen is a relaxed, social space - conversation flows naturally here, and strangers often leave as friends. That said, read the room. Some moments call for chat, others for quiet. Follow the heat, follow the cold, and follow your instincts. You'll settle in quickly.

A Few Gentle Asks

Please arrive on time — sessions flow in rhythm and late arrivals can disrupt the cycle for everyone. If you need to step out, you're always welcome to return to the warmth.
