Full Moon Sauna Once a month, the land comes alive.

When the moon is full, we gather. This is our most beloved session - a monthly ritual that marks time the old way, by light and season and the pull of something bigger than a calendar notification.

Join a small community of fellow seekers as we move through heat and cold beneath the night sky, guided by the rhythm of the fire, the water and the moon herself. Expect deeper ritual, richer ceremony and that particular kind of conversation that only seems to happen after dark, between plunges, when guards are down and the stars are out.

Herbal infusions, fresh fruit and thoughtfully curated rituals weave through the evening - each full moon session is a little different, shaped by the season and what it asks of us.
