Our community sessions are for everyone aged 14 years or over.

During your session you can free-flow between our two saunas where both are open (Friday morning we just run The Nell cube sauna). If you are in a group and would like to guarantee you all sit together, please choose a private booking.

The Nook is our converted Horse box sauna and seats 6 for a community session has two longer benches opposite each other. It can fit up to 8 for a private session.

The Nell is our Cube sauna and seats 8 for a community session. It is wheelchair accessible with wider doorways and L-shaped benches on two levels. It can fit up to 10 for a private session.

All our sessions are 50 minutes long.

You can sauna, shower and plunge as many times as you like during your session.

Our plunge pools are currently set at 8 and 12 degrees.

Changing spaces, showers and plunge pools are communal for all types of session.

Over 14s must remain with an adult at all times during the session.

You can book each sauna privately for any session.

Please ensure you make your booking in the name of the person attending the session. If you are booking on behalf of a group the lead-name can cover the whole booking.
