This two-hour, multi-sensory experience combines hot and cold therapy across four guided rounds in and out of the sauna. Drawing inspiration from the elements, with influences from Lithuanian Pirtis and Finnish sauna healing traditions, the ritual includes whisking, salt infusions and handmade body scrubs.

Designed to help you slow down, reconnect and relax, the experience will be held in our secluded woodland glade sauna at Hartcliffe City Farm.
