SUMMER SOLSTICE SAUNA RITUAL

Join us on Sunday 21 June for a special evening celebrating the longest day of the year with sauna ritual and community.

Please note: the rituals are clothing optional following traditional practice.

The evening includes:

90 min Guided Sauna Ritual with Michael Discombe

Wood-fired sauna

Cold plunge

Seasonal vegetarian feast

Herbal teas & refreshments

Whether you're a regular sauna-goer or completely new to ritual sauna experiences, this evening is designed to help you slow down, reconnect and celebrate the turning of the season.

Schedule

Group 1 arrival time: 4.15pm

Group 2 arrival time: 6pm

The event finishes at 10pm

Limited spaces available.

What to bring:

Swimwear optional

2 towels — one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry off

A refillable water bottle

Flip flops or sandals, optional but useful

There are public toilets on the farm. We recommend using them on your way in, as there are no toilets in the sauna area.

A few important reminders

Please avoid bringing glass, valuables, jewellery, oils or body products into the sauna area.
