A herbal sauna session incorporating seasonal foraged herbs and botanicals to awaken the senses and connect with nature within the sauna space.

60 mins of sauna starting at a lower temperature (60 degrees) and rising throughout the session using different herbal scents across 3 rounds of sauna with breaks in between.

Infused water is poured on the rocks creating beautiful infused löyly steam whilst gentle aufguss is performed - people are invited to hold bundles of foraged herbs and botanicals and inhale the scent in an immersive ambient experience.
