For those who prefer a more reflective, quiet sauna. All participants in this session will respect the quietness of the sauna space, and save any conversation for the changing and seating areas.

You will have use of the sauna and cold plunge facilities for the full hour. We offer a short Aufguss (scented steam) experience halfway through the session. We have communal birch branches and sauna hats for you to use (or buy your own!).

Water and mugs are always available.
