Hermitage Works will be our permanent home, but until it’s ready we are holding pop-up sauna sessions in the Hermitage Offices courtyard. It’s a lovely space with red brick barns, and olive trees on green spaces. We’ll have one of our sauna trailers and 2 chilled and filtered cold plunge baths. There will also be an outdoor cold water shower for rinsing before using the baths. You’ll have access to a communal changing space and toilet, and there will be a self serve hot drink area. There’s plenty of free parking, and it’s just a few minutes outside Market harborough on the road to Desborough.

Sessions for can be booked as individual spaces in a communal session, or you can book a private session where you get the whole sauna for a discounted rate for up to 7 of you. There’s also package options available under the booking section for a discount on 3, 5 or 10 sessions - use them for yourself, or for a group booking.

Minimum age of participation is 13. Anyone under 16 needs to be accompanied by an adult in the sauna and cold plunge at all times
