Swim Six Hills is an open water swimming and wellness venue between Melton Mowbray and Loughborough.

Our spacious 8 seater sauna is right by the edge of the lake with our own dipping area just a few steps from the sauna door.

We have changing rooms, showers, toilets, and storage options not far from the sauna.

There’s plenty of free parking, a lovely cafe, and a fabulous community feel.

Bookings are for 55 minutes and include your sauna AND a dip in the lake (not a swim, just a dip). You'll also have a sauna host who is a trained lifeguard on duty during your session to guide and support you.
