Join us for a sensory session, blending the deep heat of the sauna with the cooling ritual of infused ice balls. As you relax in the warmth, essential oil-infused ice balls will be placed in the sauna, releasing gentle, grounding scents as they melt, adding an extra layer of calm to your usual sauna experience.

Homemade Salt & Coffee Scrubs - each guest now receives a homemade scrub to enjoy at the end of their session, made using salt and coffee, crafted with plants we grow and harvest right here at the sauna.

Please note this is an unfacilitated, self-guided session. A member of our team will place the ice balls in the sauna, but there's no host or guided practice during the session itself.
