Wildcat Community Sauna is an outdoor, plant-filled oasis next door to Frome train station. A social enterprise, Wildcat is a friendly, inclusive and affordable sauna for -> relaxation -> social connection -> physical & mental health recovery. From beginners to sauna enthusiasts, all are welcome to enjoy our two wood fired saunas (set a different temperatures), four cold plunge baths, a bucket splash and a rain shower. Look out for our leopard print entrance at the back of Station Approach building (with Frome’s best street food, gallery and creative vibes!) Community sessions, private hire and low income support available. Ages: 16+ (children 5+ welcome in private hire or designated "Family" sessions)

Public sessions run Wednesday to Friday 12:00-21:00, Saturday 09:00-20:00 and Sunday 09:00-17:00. Times change week to week - the calendar always shows what is actually bookable. These are the times recurring sessions run. One-off dates and cancelled sessions can differ, so check the calendar for a particular day.

Prices run from £12 to £16.99 a session, depending on which session you book and which price you choose. The exact price shows on each session when you book. Prices differ by session, so the range above spans every session this venue currently runs.

How do I book a session with Wildcat Community Sauna?

Pick a date from the calendar, choose an available time slot, enter your details, and complete payment if the session is paid. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to manage the booking.

Do I need an account to book?

Not if you have not booked here before. You can book as a guest using just your email address. If you already have an account with that address you are asked to sign in first, and an account makes managing future bookings easier.

Can I book the same session every week automatically?

No. Bookings are made one at a time, so pick the date and time you want on each occasion. Anything you have already booked is listed on your account page.

How far ahead can I book?

For regular sessions you can book up to 90 days ahead. Dates further out appear on the booking page closer to the time. Some sessions are one-off dates, or run to a set end date, so they do not follow this window.

How late can I book?

How late you can book depends on the session. Each session stays bookable until its own closing time. After that, the session shows as "Booking is now closed".

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment methods are set by the venue and vary by region, typically card payments, with mobile wallets and local bank-debit options where the venue has enabled them. Memberships and Bundles unlock reduced prices automatically when you are signed in.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes. Use the manage link in your confirmation email to reschedule up to 24 hours before the session starts, or to cancel up to 24 hours before the session starts. Paid bookings are refunded to the original payment method.

What happens if a session is cancelled?

You will get an email letting you know. Any payment is refunded in full to the original payment method automatically. There is nothing you need to do.

What does a membership include?

Tame Membership includes 4 sessions a month and 20% off eligible sessions. Wild Membership includes 999 sessions a month. A member rate covers your own space on a booking. Any extra spaces on the same booking are charged at the usual price. A member price can differ by session, and some sessions are not included. The price you pay is shown on the booking page once you are signed in.

Do included sessions roll over?

No. Included sessions are counted against the period the session takes place in, so anything you have not used when a new period starts is not carried over. An included session is counted when you book, and it is returned to the period the session sat in if you cancel.

How does my membership apply when I book?

Sign in with the email address your membership is under and book as normal. Your membership is applied automatically at checkout. One included session covers one space on the booking, and any extra spaces on the same booking are charged at the usual price.

Can I buy a gift voucher?

Yes. Gift vouchers can be bought for Wildcat Community Sauna from the gift vouchers page. Pick a voucher, add a personal message, and the recipient receives a code by email that they redeem at checkout.

Does everyone need to sign a waiver?

Yes. Everyone attending signs their own waiver. After you book, you get a link and a QR code you can share with the rest of your group so each person can sign before they arrive.
