Thank you for booking your Yoga Nidra, Sound & Sauna experience with Wildwater Sauna.

We're delighted to confirm your place for a deeply restorative morning by the sea.

Please bring:

Comfortable, warm clothing
A yoga mat
A blanket for Yoga Nidra (an eye mask is optional if you'd like to bring one)
Swimwear (we recommend arriving with it on underneath your clothes to make the most of your sauna time)
Suitable footwear for walking across the beach
One small towel to sit on in the sauna and one towel to dry yourself afterwards
A bottle of water to stay hydrated
A changing robe, if you have one

Please ensure that everyone in your party has completed their online waiver before arriving. Unfortunately, anyone who has not signed a waiver may be unable to take part.

Getting here

Please park in the car park next to Pebbles Café. You'll find the sauna on the beach, where our facilitator, Thea, will be there to welcome you.
