Question 2

Where are you?

Accepted Answer

Arùna is at 6159 Branch Hill Miamiville Rd, Loveland, OH 45140, USA.

Question 3

When are you open?

Accepted Answer

Public sessions run Saturday to Sunday 10:00-12:00. Times change week to week - the calendar always shows what is actually bookable. These are the times recurring sessions run. One-off dates and cancelled sessions can differ, so check the calendar for a particular day.

Question 4

What sessions do you run?

Accepted Answer

Arùna runs Wellness Event Collaboration and Communal. The calendar shows every session that is currently bookable.

Question 5

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Prices run from $10 to $150 a session, depending on which session you book and which price you choose. Arùna offers a choice of prices - Collaboration and Communal - so you can pick the one that fits. The exact price shows on each session when you book. Prices differ by session, so the range above spans every session this venue currently runs.

Question 6

What should I know before visiting?

Accepted Answer

We provide towels and water and recommend extra hydrating before and after sauna. There is a shower and cold plunge tub as well as a changing room. We prefer to wear organic cotton or just towels, but bathing suits or anything comfortable works fine. We will greet you when you arrive!

Question 7

How do I book a session with Arùna?

Accepted Answer

Pick a date from the calendar, choose an available time slot, enter your details, and complete payment if the session is paid. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to manage the booking.

Question 8

Do I need an account to book?

Accepted Answer

Not if you have not booked here before. You can book as a guest using just your email address. If you already have an account with that address you are asked to sign in first, and an account makes managing future bookings easier.

Question 9

Can I book the same session every week automatically?

Accepted Answer

No. Bookings are made one at a time, so pick the date and time you want on each occasion. Anything you have already booked is listed on your account page.

Question 10

How far ahead can I book?

Accepted Answer

You can book up to 90 days ahead. Dates further out appear on the booking page closer to the time.

Question 11

How late can I book?

Accepted Answer

Bookings close when the session starts. After that, the session shows as "Booking is now closed".

Question 12

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

Payment methods are set by the venue and vary by region, typically card payments, with mobile wallets and local bank-debit options where the venue has enabled them. Memberships and Bundles unlock reduced prices automatically when you are signed in.

Question 13

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use the manage link in your confirmation email to reschedule up to 24 hours before the session starts, or to cancel up to 24 hours before the session starts. Booked the wrong date by mistake? You can change it yourself in the first 15 minutes after booking, even if it's past the reschedule cut-off. Paid bookings are refunded to the original payment method. Some sessions have their own rules. The exact rule for a session is shown when you book, and in your confirmation email.

Question 14

What happens if a session is cancelled?

Accepted Answer

You will get an email letting you know. Any payment is refunded in full to the original payment method automatically. There is nothing you need to do. Some sessions have their own rules. The exact rule for a session is shown when you book, and in your confirmation email.

Question 15

What does a membership include?

Accepted Answer

Monthly Membership includes 1 session a day and 20% off eligible sessions. A member price can differ by session, and some sessions are not included. The price you pay is shown on the booking page once you are signed in.

Question 16

Do included sessions roll over?

Accepted Answer

No. Included sessions are counted against the period the session takes place in, so anything you have not used when a new period starts is not carried over. An included session is counted when you book, and it is returned to the period the session sat in if you cancel.

Question 17

What happens to my bookings if my membership ends?

Accepted Answer

Bookings that used a session included in your membership are cancelled if the session is after your membership ends, and you will get an email about each one. Anything extra you paid on those bookings is refunded. Sessions before your membership ends are not affected, and if you cancel, your membership keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.

Question 18

How does my membership apply when I book?

Accepted Answer

Sign in with the email address your membership is under and book as normal. Your membership is applied automatically at checkout. One included session covers one space on the booking, and any extra spaces on the same booking are charged at the usual price.

Question 19

How do I change or cancel my membership?

Accepted Answer

Go to your account page and open Manage payment to see your subscription. If you cannot make the change you need there, contact Arùna.

Question 20

Can I buy a gift voucher?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Gift vouchers can be bought for Arùna from the gift vouchers page. Pick a voucher, add a personal message, and the recipient receives a code by email that they redeem at checkout.

Question 21

How do Bundles work?

Accepted Answer

A Bundle is a set of sessions bought up front at a lower price than booking them one at a time. Once you have bought one, it is applied automatically when you book an eligible session while signed in with the same email address.

Question 22

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You are asked to read and agree to the venue's waiver when you book, and your agreement covers the spaces on your booking. If the wording changes you are asked to agree again the next time you book.

Question 23

Who do I contact about my booking?

Accepted Answer

Bookings are handled by Arùna, so email info@arunasaunaco.com or call 5139049299. Have your booking reference from your confirmation email to hand and they can find it straight away.
