One hour of access to our saunas and plunge pools. Enough time for around three rounds of heat and cold, with rest in between. We have two large traditional Finnish saunas, each set between 80° and 90°. One of our saunas is a social sauna for conversation, and the other is a silent sauna for those wanting to switch off.
Our three ice baths are set at different degrees of cold. Typically they are set to 5°, 7° and 10° degrees.
