Whatever the class, students are always encouraged to listen to their bodies, get out of their heads and re-connect with their breath. Davia aims to provide a safe and nourishing space to allow students to come home to themselves.
For hot classes, you’ll need a full size towel to cover your mat. Please either bring your own or rent one from reception for £2.
