Join Reiki Master Stephanie Hunter-Dines for a night of sauna and cold plunge, followed by a guided meditation and hands on Reiki healing. Utilising the sauna as an intentional tool for connection, we'll collectively soften our energy, allowing space for grounding and reflection.

After an hour in the sauna, we'll move into the cozy studio for a guided meditation and hands on Reiki. You'll be led towards your unique empowerment, by releasing energy no longer serving you. Stephanie will provide gentle support to the group, along with individual Reiki.

All are welcome. For those new or familiar, we tend to find Reiki exactly when we need it.

With this combination of Sauna and Reiki, we'll allow our hard edges to melt away, leaving only our truest and most beautiful selves.
