A 75 minute community sauna session on Ocean Parade beach road in Pukerua Bay.

Changing rooms, toilets and outdoor showers and cubbies for your stuff are all available on site.

The ocean is right on our doorstep and is a lovely addition to the sauna but please be aware we cannot control the tides, weather, or swell so please risk assess and bring a buddy!

Parking is flat but the trip down to the water can be a little slick and steep.
