Cardiff Countryside Sauna is a private infrared sauna and contrast therapy space set in a peaceful countryside location on the outskirts of Cardiff. Cardiff Countryside Sauna runs 30 or 60 minute sessions. Every session is a private booking for your group. The calendar shows every session that is currently bookable.

Please arrive on time. Bring swimwear, two towels and a bottle of water. Free parking is available on site. Please arrive well hydrated and avoid alcohol before your session. Each guest must complete their individual health & safety waiver before using the facilities.

Pick a date from the calendar, choose an available time slot, enter your details, and complete payment if the session is paid. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to manage the booking.

Not if you have not booked here before. You can book as a guest using just your email address. If you already have an account with that address you are asked to sign in first, and an account makes managing future bookings easier.

No. Bookings are made one at a time, so pick the date and time you want on each occasion. Anything you have already booked is listed on your account page.

You can book up to 90 days ahead. Dates further out appear on the booking page closer to the time.

Bookings close 1 hour before the session starts. After that, the session shows as "Booking is now closed".

Payment methods are set by the venue and vary by region, typically card payments, with mobile wallets and local bank-debit options where the venue has enabled them.

Yes. Use the manage link in your confirmation email to reschedule up to 24 hours before the session starts, or to cancel up to 24 hours before the session starts. Paid bookings are refunded to the original payment method.

You will get an email letting you know. Any payment is refunded in full to the original payment method automatically. There is nothing you need to do.

Private hire bookings can only be changed by the venue. Contact Cardiff Countryside Sauna to make any changes or to cancel. Adding or removing spaces on a private hire booking is always done by Cardiff Countryside Sauna.

Yes. Gift vouchers can be bought for Cardiff Countryside Sauna from the gift vouchers page. Pick a voucher, add a personal message, and the recipient receives a code by email that they redeem at checkout.

Yes. Everyone attending signs their own waiver. After you book, you get a link and a QR code you can share with the rest of your group so each person can sign before they arrive.
