Prices run from £8 to £35 a session, depending on which session you book and which price you choose. Escape to the Sauna offers a choice of prices, so you can pick the one that fits. The exact price shows on each session when you book.

Please bring swimwear, a towel to sit on, one to dry you after and drinking water. Changing and cold water facilities vary between our Hayle and Falmouth locations, so please check the information shown on your chosen session before visiting. Cold-water dipping is optional and undertaken at your own risk.

Pick a date from the calendar, choose an available time slot, enter your details, and complete payment if the session is paid. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to manage the booking.

Not if you have not booked here before. You can book as a guest using just your email address. If you already have an account with that address you are asked to sign in first, and an account makes managing future bookings easier.

No. Bookings are made one at a time, so pick the date and time you want on each occasion. Anything you have already booked is listed on your account page.

Depending on the session, you can book between 60 and 90 days ahead. Dates further out appear on the booking page closer to the time.

How far ahead you can book depends on the session. Some sessions are one-off dates, or run to a set end date, so they do not follow this window. Members can book further ahead - see memberships.

Bookings close when the session starts. After that, the session shows as "Booking is now closed".

Payment methods are set by the venue and vary by region, typically card payments, with mobile wallets and local bank-debit options where the venue has enabled them. Memberships and Bundles unlock reduced prices automatically when you are signed in.

Yes. Use the manage link in your confirmation email to reschedule up to 48 hours before the session starts, or to cancel up to 48 hours before the session starts. Booked the wrong date by mistake? You can change it yourself in the first 15 minutes after booking, even if it's past the reschedule cut-off. Paid bookings are compensated with reusable account credit, which you can spend on a future booking.

Private hire bookings can only be changed by the venue. Contact Escape to the Sauna to make any changes or to cancel. Adding or removing spaces on a private hire booking is always done by Escape to the Sauna.

Escape to the Sauna offers 5 memberships. A member rate covers your own space on a booking. Any extra spaces on the same booking are charged at the usual price.

A member price can differ by session, and some sessions are not included. The price you pay is shown on the booking page once you are signed in.

Jem members can book 30 days further ahead than non-members. Earlier dates appear on the booking page once you are signed in.

No. Included sessions are counted against the period the session takes place in, so anything you have not used when a new period starts is not carried over. An included session is counted when you book, and it is returned to the period the session sat in if you cancel.

Bookings that used a session included in your membership are cancelled if the session is after your membership ends, and you will get an email about each one. Anything extra you paid on those bookings is refunded. Sessions before your membership ends are not affected, and if you cancel, your membership keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.

Sign in with the email address your membership is under and book as normal. Your membership is applied automatically at checkout. How many spaces one included session covers depends on your membership, and any spaces beyond that on the same booking are charged at the usual price. Your remaining sessions are shown at checkout.

To move to a different membership, go to your account page and choose Change plan. To update your card or cancel, open Manage payment. If you cannot make the change you need there, contact Escape to the Sauna.

Yes. Gift vouchers can be bought for Escape to the Sauna from the gift vouchers page. Pick a voucher, add a personal message, and the recipient receives a code by email that they redeem at checkout.

A Bundle is a set of sessions bought up front at a lower price than booking them one at a time. Once you have bought one, it is applied automatically when you book an eligible session while signed in with the same email address.

Yes. You are asked to read and agree to the venue's waiver when you book, and your agreement covers the spaces on your booking. If the wording changes you are asked to agree again the next time you book.
