Experience this multi-sensory sauna practice with a sauna guide using locally-foraged tree and herb whisks to guide and move steam, then massage, tap, brush and beat the body.
3-4 rounds of sauna whisking lasting 10-15 mins each with breaks to cool off. Whisks may include birch, oak, limeflower, mint, sage and meadowsweet.
