For anyone who wants to truly relax, we recommend our longer evening session.
Enjoy 90mins alternating between the hot sauna and plunging into the Irish sea by the beach or harbour. This was how we originally designed the sauna to be enjoyed and is still our favourite way to unwind in the evening.
