Sound Bath, Sauna & Cold Plunge

Come and join us for a lovely evening designed to help you switch off, reset, reconnect with yourself and enjoy being outside in nature.

We’ll begin with a deeply relaxing sound bath in the bell tent giving you the opportunity to slow down, settle your mind and body, and fully arrive in the space before moving into the more invigorating part of the experience.

Following the sound bath, you’ll experience both the cold water plunge and sauna, using the contrast between cold and heat to awaken the body, focus the mind and leave you feeling refreshed and energised.

You’ll be guided through both experiences, with time to connect with your breath and tune into how your body responds to the changes in temperature. Whether you’re completely new to cold water or already enjoy a plunge, you’ll be supported throughout and encouraged to go at your own pace.
