Reserve your spot in our 60-minute communal Quiet Sauna session. Offered on Fridays at 2pm, these sessions are designed to create a calm, restful atmosphere for a truly peaceful experience.

The 60 minute sessions include a 5 minute changeover so you will be asked to vacate the sauna after 55 minutes.

Please note you are required to sit on a towel, if you forget yours, you will be required to hire one from us for £2.

Over 16's only.

Entry to the pool is NOT INCLUDED with your Sauna booking.
