Prices run from £7.50 to £28 a session, depending on which session you book and which price you choose. Saltdean Lido Sauna offers a choice of prices, so you can pick the one that fits. The exact price shows on each session when you book.

How to find us: Walk from the main lido entrance on the path towards the main road, keeping the pool on your right hand side. Before you reach the end of the metal fencing there is a gate. Please ring the bell & your sauna host will meet you. Parking: 2 hours of free parking is available at the Saltdean Lido Car Park, if you are going to be over 2 hours, put your car registration into the key pad at Saltdean Lido Reception. What to bring: Please bring two towels, one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry off afterwards. If you forget your towel, you will need to hire one at the cost of £2.

Pick a date from the calendar, choose an available time slot, enter your details, and complete payment if the session is paid. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to manage the booking.

Not if you have not booked here before. You can book as a guest using just your email address. If you already have an account with that address you are asked to sign in first, and an account makes managing future bookings easier.

No. Bookings are made one at a time, so pick the date and time you want on each occasion. Anything you have already booked is listed on your account page.

For regular sessions you can book up to 90 days ahead. Dates further out appear on the booking page closer to the time.

Some sessions are one-off dates, or run to a set end date, so they do not follow this window.

Bookings close when the session starts. After that, the session shows as "Booking is now closed".

Payment methods are set by the venue and vary by region, typically card payments, with mobile wallets and local bank-debit options where the venue has enabled them.

You can reschedule up to 24 hours before the session starts using the manage link in your confirmation email. Booked the wrong date by mistake? You can change it yourself in the first 15 minutes after booking, even if it's past the reschedule cut-off. To cancel, contact Saltdean Lido Sauna. If the venue cancels a paid booking on your behalf, you receive reusable account credit.

You will get an email letting you know. Any payment is automatically returned as reusable account credit, which you can spend on a future booking. There is nothing you need to do.

Private hire bookings can only be changed by the venue. Contact Saltdean Lido Sauna to make any changes or to cancel. Adding or removing spaces on a private hire booking is always done by Saltdean Lido Sauna.

Yes. Gift vouchers can be bought for Saltdean Lido Sauna from the gift vouchers page. Pick a voucher, add a personal message, and the recipient receives a code by email that they redeem at checkout.

Yes. Everyone attending signs their own waiver. After you book, you get a link and a QR code you can share with the rest of your group so each person can sign before they arrive.
