Our morning sessions on Thursday and Friday are in our cube sauna. Sessions are for up to 8 people sharing the sauna.

All our sessions are 50 minutes long.

You can sauna, shower and plunge as many times as you like during your session.

Changing spaces, showers and plunge pools are communal for all types of session.
