How do I book a session with Saunahood?

Pick a date from the calendar, choose an available time slot, enter your details, and complete payment if the session is paid. You'll receive a confirmation email with a link to manage the booking.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes. Use the manage link in your confirmation email to reschedule up to 24 hours before the session starts, or to cancel up to 24 hours before the session starts. Paid bookings are refunded to the original payment method.

Do I need an account to book?

No. You can book as a guest using just your email address. Creating an account makes managing future bookings easier and lets you see your history in one place.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment methods are configured per venue and vary by region - typically card payments, with mobile wallets and local bank-debit options where the venue has enabled them. Memberships and bundles unlock reduced prices automatically when you're signed in.

What happens if a session is cancelled?

You'll get an email letting you know, and any payment is refunded in full automatically. There's nothing you need to do.

Can I buy a gift voucher?

Yes. Gift vouchers can be purchased for Saunahood from the gift vouchers page - choose an amount, add a personal message, and the recipient receives a code by email they can redeem against any session.
