We have two saunas on site. Our Cube sauna seats 8 for a community session. It has wider doorways and L-shaped benches on two levels. Our Horse box sauna seats 6 for a community session has two longer benches opposite each other.

All our sessions are 50 minutes long.

You can sauna, shower and plunge as many times as you like during your session.

Changing spaces, showers and plunge pools are communal for all types of session.
