Sol Soak NW offers a choice of prices - Communal and New price - so you can pick the one that fits. The exact price shows on each session when you book. What should I know before visiting?

Please bring a swimsuit — swimsuits must be worn while using Sol Soak amenities. The changing room and restroom are located inside the Bell Trailer. Please use the restroom area inside the trailer when changing. We ask that all guests shower before using the sauna, hot tub, or soaking areas. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals cannot extend your reserved session. Most importantly, come ready to slow down, breathe deeply, and enjoy a peaceful space created for rest, connection, and restoration. ☀️🌿

How do I book a session with Sol Soak NW?

Pick a date from the calendar, choose an available time slot, enter your details, and complete payment if the session is paid. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to manage the booking.

Do I need an account to book?

Not if you have not booked here before. You can book as a guest using just your email address. If you already have an account with that address you are asked to sign in first, and an account makes managing future bookings easier.

Can I book the same session every week automatically?

No. Bookings are made one at a time, so pick the date and time you want on each occasion. Anything you have already booked is listed on your account page.

For regular sessions you can book up to 90 days ahead. Dates further out appear on the booking page closer to the time. Some sessions are one-off dates, or run to a set end date, so they do not follow this window. Members can book further ahead - see memberships.

Payment methods are set by the venue and vary by region, typically card payments, with mobile wallets and local bank-debit options where the venue has enabled them. Memberships and Bundles unlock reduced prices automatically when you are signed in.

Yes. Use the manage link in your confirmation email to reschedule up to 24 hours before the session starts, or to cancel up to 24 hours before the session starts. Paid bookings are refunded to the original payment method. Some sessions have their own rules. The exact rule for a session is shown when you book, and in your confirmation email.

Private hire bookings can only be changed by the venue. Contact Sol Soak NW to make any changes or to cancel. Adding or removing spaces on a private hire booking is always done by Sol Soak NW.

What does a membership include?

Sol Member includes 1 session a month, a member price on eligible sessions and booking 30 days further ahead than non-members. A member rate covers your own space on a booking. Any extra spaces on the same booking are charged at the usual price. A member price can differ by session, and some sessions are not included. The price you pay is shown on the booking page once you are signed in.

Do included sessions roll over?

No. Included sessions are counted against the period the session takes place in, so anything you have not used when a new period starts is not carried over. An included session is counted when you book, and it is returned to the period the session sat in if you cancel.

What happens to my bookings if my membership ends?

Bookings that used a session included in your membership are cancelled if the session is after your membership ends, and you will get an email about each one. Anything extra you paid on those bookings is refunded. Sessions before your membership ends are not affected, and if you cancel, your membership keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.

A Bundle is a set of sessions bought up front at a lower price than booking them one at a time. Once you have bought one, it is applied automatically when you book an eligible session while signed in with the same email address.

Yes. Everyone attending signs their own waiver. After you book, you get a link and a QR code you can share with the rest of your group so each person can sign before they arrive.
