Pick a date from the calendar, choose an available time slot, enter your details, and complete payment if the session is paid. You'll receive a confirmation email with a link to manage the booking.

Yes. Use the manage link in your confirmation email to reschedule up to 48 hours before the session starts, or to cancel up to 48 hours before the session starts. Paid bookings are refunded to the original payment method.

No. You can book as a guest using just your email address. Creating an account makes managing future bookings easier and lets you see your history in one place.
