Public sessions run Saturday to Sunday 09:00-19:20. Times change week to week - the calendar always shows what is actually bookable. These are the times recurring sessions run. One-off dates and cancelled sessions can differ, so check the calendar for a particular day.

Not if you have not booked here before. You can book as a guest using just your email address. If you already have an account with that address you are asked to sign in first, and an account makes managing future bookings easier.

You can reschedule up to 24 hours before the session starts using the manage link in your confirmation email. To cancel, contact The Haven Sauna. If the venue cancels a paid booking on your behalf, the refund goes to the original payment method. Some sessions have their own rules. Private hire bookings can only be changed by the venue. Contact The Haven Sauna to make any changes or to cancel. Adding or removing spaces on a private hire booking is always done by The Haven Sauna.

Yes. Gift vouchers can be bought for The Haven Sauna from the gift vouchers page. Pick a voucher, add a personal message, and the recipient receives a code by email that they redeem at checkout.
