A 5k run through the farm at Houchins, at a pace you can talk at. Then back to The Hide for sauna, cold water and three rounds of heat. We finish by the fire with coffee and something warm.
All paces welcome. Nobody gets left behind.
Bring: shoes that can get muddy, swimwear, towel, warm layer, change of clothes.
