Accepted Answer

Come prepared to embrace the elements and enjoy your time beneath the Cornish sky. Please bring: Swimwear – essential for the hot tub, cold plunge and cold bath. Two towels – one for drying off and one to sit on in the sauna. Flip-flops or suitable footwear – the spa is outdoors, so something easy and comfortable to walk in is ideal. A water bottle – staying hydrated is important, particularly when using the sauna and hot tub. A change of dry clothes – perfect for getting cosy afterwards. Most importantly, bring yourself, leave the outside world behind and come ready to relax, reset and enjoy!

Question 7

How do I book a session with The Sky Spa?

Question 8

Do I need an account to book?

Accepted Answer

Not if you have not booked here before. You can book as a guest using just your email address. If you already have an account with that address you are asked to sign in first, and an account makes managing future bookings easier.

Accepted Answer

No. Bookings are made one at a time, so pick the date and time you want on each occasion. Anything you have already booked is listed on your account page.

Accepted Answer

How far ahead you can book depends on the session. Sessions appear on the booking page as they are scheduled, and dates further out appear closer to the time.

Question 11

How late can I book?

Accepted Answer

How late you can book depends on the session. Each session stays bookable until its own closing time. After that, the session shows as "Booking is now closed".

Question 12

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment methods are set by the venue and vary by region, typically card payments, with mobile wallets and local bank-debit options where the venue has enabled them. Memberships and Bundles unlock reduced prices automatically when you are signed in.

Question 13

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use the manage link in your confirmation email to reschedule up to 48 hours before the session starts, or to cancel up to 48 hours before the session starts. Paid bookings are compensated with reusable account credit, which you can spend on a future booking. Some sessions have their own rules. The exact rule for a session is shown when you book, and in your confirmation email.

Question 14

What happens if a session is cancelled?

Accepted Answer

You will get an email letting you know. Any payment is automatically returned as reusable account credit, which you can spend on a future booking. There is nothing you need to do. Some sessions have their own rules. The exact rule for a session is shown when you book, and in your confirmation email.

Question 16

What does a membership include?

Accepted Answer

4 Pass Membership includes 4 sessions a month. 8 Pass Membership includes 8 sessions a month. 12 Pass Membership includes 12 sessions a month.

Question 17

Do included sessions roll over?

Accepted Answer

No. Included sessions are counted against the period the session takes place in, so anything you have not used when a new period starts is not carried over. An included session is counted when you book, and it is returned to the period the session sat in if you cancel.

Question 18

What happens to my bookings if my membership ends?

Accepted Answer

Bookings that used a session included in your membership are cancelled if the session is after your membership ends, and you will get an email about each one. Anything extra you paid on those bookings is refunded. Sessions before your membership ends are not affected, and if you cancel, your membership keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.

Question 19

How does my membership apply when I book?

Accepted Answer

Sign in with the email address your membership is under and book as normal. Your membership is applied automatically at checkout. One included session covers one space on the booking, and any extra spaces on the same booking are charged at the usual price.

Question 20

To move to a different membership, go to your account page and choose Change plan. To update your card or cancel, open Manage payment. If you cannot make the change you need there, contact The Sky Spa.
