Sessions at The Wood Stars Wild Spa are free to book.

What to expect: Arrive and change in our timber framed changing room, walk over to the toasty sauna and daydream as you watch light dance on the water. Sink into the cool pool or stand under the rain shower to cool off. Repeat…then make yourself a cup of tea as you get bundled up in warm clothes to head home. Pick a date from the calendar, choose an available time slot, enter your details, and complete payment if the session is paid. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to manage the booking.

Not if you have not booked here before. You can book as a guest using just your email address. If you already have an account with that address you are asked to sign in first, and an account makes managing future bookings easier.

No. Bookings are made one at a time, so pick the date and time you want on each occasion. Anything you have already booked is listed on your account page.

How far ahead you can book depends on the session. Sessions appear on the booking page as they are scheduled, and dates further out appear closer to the time.

How late you can book depends on the session. Each session stays bookable until its own closing time. After that, the session shows as "Booking is now closed".

Payment methods are set by the venue and vary by region, typically card payments, with mobile wallets and local bank-debit options where the venue has enabled them. Memberships and Bundles unlock reduced prices automatically when you are signed in.

Yes. Use the manage link in your confirmation email to reschedule up to 24 hours before the session starts, or to cancel up to 72 hours before the session starts. Paid bookings are refunded to the original payment method.

You will get an email letting you know. Any payment is refunded in full to the original payment method automatically. There is nothing you need to do.

Whether you can change or cancel a private hire booking yourself depends on the session. Where you cannot, contact The Wood Stars Wild Spa to make any changes or to cancel. Adding or removing spaces on a private hire booking is always done by The Wood Stars Wild Spa.

Yes. Gift vouchers can be bought for The Wood Stars Wild Spa from the gift vouchers page. Pick a voucher, add a personal message, and the recipient receives a code by email that they redeem at checkout.

A Bundle is a set of sessions bought up front at a lower price than booking them one at a time. Once you have bought one, it is applied automatically when you book an eligible session while signed in with the same email address.

Yes. You are asked to read and agree to the venue's waiver when you book, and your agreement covers the spaces on your booking. If the wording changes you are asked to agree again the next time you book.
