Wild Sauna Club runs sessions at 4 locations: Burton Farm (Burton Farm Cafe, Burton Lane, Burton Hastings, Nuneaton, CV11 6RJ); Swim Six Hills (Swim Six Hills, Six Hills Lane, Melton Mowbray, LE14 3PR); Market Harborough (Hermitage Offices, Desborough Road, Market Harborough, LE16 8GP); Stoney Cove (Stoney Cove, 33 Sapcote Rd, Stoney Stanton, Leicester LE9 4DW, UK). Each location has its own booking page - pick the one you want when you book.

What sessions do you run?

Wild Sauna Club runs Stoney Cove Community Sauna. The calendar shows every session that is currently bookable.

How much does it cost?

Prices run from £9 to £17 a session, depending on which session you book and which price you choose. Wild Sauna Club offers a choice of prices - Stoney Cove 60 mins and Stoney Cove 30 mins - so you can pick the one that fits. The exact price shows on each session when you book. Prices differ by session, so the range above spans every session this venue currently runs.

How do I book a session with Wild Sauna Club?

Pick a date from the calendar, choose an available time slot, enter your details, and complete payment if the session is paid. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to manage the booking.

Do I need an account to book?

Not if you have not booked here before. You can book as a guest using just your email address. If you already have an account with that address you are asked to sign in first, and an account makes managing future bookings easier.

Can I book the same session every week automatically?

No. Bookings are made one at a time, so pick the date and time you want on each occasion. Anything you have already booked is listed on your account page.

How far ahead can I book?

How far ahead you can book depends on the session. Sessions appear on the booking page as they are scheduled, and dates further out appear closer to the time.

How late can I book?

Bookings stay open until the session ends, so you can still book a session that has already started. Once a session has finished it comes off the booking page.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment methods are set by the venue and vary by region, typically card payments, with mobile wallets and local bank-debit options where the venue has enabled them. Memberships and Bundles unlock reduced prices automatically when you are signed in.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes. Use the manage link in your confirmation email to reschedule up to 24 hours before the session starts, or to cancel up to 24 hours before the session starts. Paid bookings are compensated with reusable account credit, which you can spend on a future booking. Some sessions have their own rules. The exact rule for a session is shown when you book, and in your confirmation email.

What happens if a session is cancelled?

You will get an email letting you know. Any payment is automatically returned as reusable account credit, which you can spend on a future booking. There is nothing you need to do. What does a membership include?

Roaming Ember membership includes 2 sessions a month. Swim Six Hills Ember membership includes 2 sessions a month. Roaming Flame membership includes 4 sessions a month. Swim Six Hills Flame membership includes 4 sessions a month. Roaming Wildfire membership includes 8 sessions a month. Swim Six Hills Wildfire membership includes 8 sessions a month.

Do included sessions roll over?

No. Included sessions are counted against the period the session takes place in, so anything you have not used when a new period starts is not carried over. An included session is counted when you book, and it is returned to the period the session sat in if you cancel.

What happens to my bookings if my membership ends?

Accepted Answer

Bookings that used a session included in your membership are cancelled if the session is after your membership ends, and you will get an email about each one. Anything extra you paid on those bookings is refunded. Sessions before your membership ends are not affected, and if you cancel, your membership keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.

How does my membership apply when I book?

Sign in with the email address your membership is under and book as normal. Your membership is applied automatically at checkout. One included session covers one space on the booking, and any extra spaces on the same booking are charged at the usual price.

How do I change or cancel my membership?

Go to your account page and open Manage payment to see your subscription. If you cannot make the change you need there, contact Wild Sauna Club.

Can I buy a gift voucher?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Gift vouchers can be bought for Wild Sauna Club from the gift vouchers page. Pick a voucher, add a personal message, and the recipient receives a code by email that they redeem at checkout.

How do Bundles work?

Accepted Answer

A Bundle is a set of sessions bought up front at a lower price than booking them one at a time. Once you have bought one, it is applied automatically when you book an eligible session while signed in with the same email address.

Question 20

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You are asked to read and agree to the venue's waiver when you book, and your agreement covers the spaces on your booking. If the wording changes you are asked to agree again the next time you book.
