Accepted Answer

Please make sure you are aware of our policies... We don't credit any sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the booked session. We don't do any session reschedules within 24 hours of the booked session. Cancellations outside of the 24 hour period will received a code for a future booking. You can manage your own bookings via your account.

Question 8

Do I need an account to book?

Accepted Answer

Not if you have not booked here before. You can book as a guest using just your email address. If you already have an account with that address you are asked to sign in first, and an account makes managing future bookings easier.

Question 9

Can I book the same session every week automatically?

Accepted Answer

No. Bookings are made one at a time, so pick the date and time you want on each occasion. Anything you have already booked is listed on your account page.

Question 10

How far ahead can I book?

Accepted Answer

How far ahead you can book depends on the session. Sessions appear on the booking page as they are scheduled, and dates further out appear closer to the time.

Question 11

How late can I book?

Accepted Answer

Bookings stay open until the session ends, so you can still book a session that has already started. Once a session has finished it comes off the booking page.

Question 12

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

Payment methods are set by the venue and vary by region, typically card payments, with mobile wallets and local bank-debit options where the venue has enabled them. Memberships and Bundles unlock reduced prices automatically when you are signed in.

Question 13

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use the manage link in your confirmation email to reschedule up to 24 hours before the session starts, or to cancel up to 24 hours before the session starts. Paid bookings are compensated with reusable account credit, which you can spend on a future booking. Some sessions have their own rules. The exact rule for a session is shown when you book, and in your confirmation email.

Question 14

What happens if a session is cancelled?

Accepted Answer

Swim Six Hills Flame membership includes 4 sessions a month. Roaming Wildfire membership includes 8 sessions a month. Swim Six Hills Wildfire membership includes 8 sessions a month.

Question 17

Do included sessions roll over?

Question 18

What happens to my bookings if my membership ends?

Accepted Answer

Bookings that used a session included in your membership are cancelled if the session is after your membership ends, and you will get an email about each one. Question 19
