Question 16

Do included sessions roll over?

Accepted Answer

No. Included sessions are counted against the period the session takes place in, so anything you have not used when a new period starts is not carried over. An included session is counted when you book, and it is returned to the period the session sat in if you cancel.

Question 17

What happens to my bookings if my membership ends?

Accepted Answer

Bookings that used a session included in your membership are cancelled if the session is after your membership ends, and you will get an email about each one. Sessions before your membership ends are not affected, and if you cancel, your membership keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.

Question 18
