Prices run from £15 to £30 a session, depending on which session you book and which price you choose. Wildwater Sauna offers a choice of prices - Yoga Nidra, Sound & Sauna Session, Communal Sauna Session and Yoga & Sauna Session - so you can pick the one that fits. Question 7

Do I need an account to book?

Accepted Answer

Not if you have not booked here before. You can book as a guest using just your email address. If you already have an account with that address you are asked to sign in first, and an account makes managing future bookings easier.

Accepted Answer

No. Bookings are made one at a time, so pick the date and time you want on each occasion. Anything you have already booked is listed on your account page.

Accepted Answer

How far ahead you can book depends on the session. Sessions appear on the booking page as they are scheduled, and dates further out appear closer to the time.

Accepted Answer

How late you can book depends on the session. Each session stays bookable until its own closing time. Once a session has finished it comes off the booking page.

Question 11

Payment methods are set by the venue and vary by region, typically card payments, with mobile wallets and local bank-debit options where the venue has enabled them. Memberships and Bundles unlock reduced prices automatically when you are signed in.

Question 12

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use the manage link in your confirmation email to reschedule up to 24 hours before the session starts, or to cancel up to 24 hours before the session starts. Booked the wrong date by mistake? You can change it yourself in the first 15 minutes after booking, even if it's past the reschedule cut-off. Paid bookings are refunded to the original payment method. Some sessions have their own rules. The exact rule for a session is shown when you book, and in your confirmation email.

Question 13

What happens if a session is cancelled?

Accepted Answer

You will get an email letting you know. Any payment is refunded in full to the original payment method automatically. There is nothing you need to do. Some sessions have their own rules. The exact rule for a session is shown when you book, and in your confirmation email.

Question 14

Accepted Answer

Private hire bookings can only be changed by the venue. Contact Wildwater Sauna to make any changes or to cancel. Adding or removing spaces on a private hire booking is always done by Wildwater Sauna.

Question 15

What does a membership include?

Accepted Answer

Membership includes 4 sessions a month and 20% off eligible sessions. A member price can differ by session, and some sessions are not included. The price you pay is shown on the booking page once you are signed in.

Question 16

Do included sessions roll over?

Accepted Answer

No. Included sessions are counted against the period the session takes place in, so anything you have not used when a new period starts is not carried over. An included session is counted when you book, and it is returned to the period the session sat in if you cancel.

Question 17

What happens to my bookings if my membership ends?

Accepted Answer

Bookings that used a session included in your membership are cancelled if the session is after your membership ends, and you will get an email about each one. Anything extra you paid on those bookings is refunded. Sessions before your membership ends are not affected, and if you cancel, your membership keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.

Question 18

How does my membership apply when I book?

Accepted Answer

Sign in with the email address your membership is under and book as normal. Your membership is applied automatically at checkout. One included session covers one space on the booking, and any extra spaces on the same booking are charged at the usual price.

Question 19

How do I change or cancel my membership?

Accepted Answer

Go to your account page and open Manage payment to see your subscription. If you cannot make the change you need there, contact Wildwater Sauna.

Question 20

Accepted Answer

Yes. Gift vouchers can be bought for Wildwater Sauna from the gift vouchers page. Pick a voucher, add a personal message, and the recipient receives a code by email that they redeem at checkout.

Question 21
