Neurodivergent Sauna Circle
In this neurodivergent-friendly sauna series – created in collaboration with Wild Minds Coaching – we offer a calmer, more intentional sauna experience designed with ADHDers, autistic people and other neurodivergent people in mind.
Held across four weekly sessions, this series combines gentle nervous system regulation, warmth, reflection and community, in the peaceful woodland setting of Leeds Community Sauna. The aim is to foster a community of likeminded individuals, share experiences and work towards a happier, more regulated life. The environment and structure have been thoughtfully adapted to reduce overwhelm and create a space where people can feel comfortable being themselves.
Each session includes guided grounding exercises, optional sharing and reflection, neuro-affirmative coaching and regular breaks to cool down and decompress. Participation is always optional, and attendees are welcome to engage in whatever way feels right for them.
