Neurodivergent-friendly sauna
75 minutes
5 spaces left
Our new neurodivergent-friendly sauna sessions offer a calmer, more intentional sauna experience, designed with ADHDers, autistic people and other neurodivergent people in mind. In the peaceful woodland setting of Leeds Community Sauna, these sessions have been thoughtfully adapted to reduce overwhelm and create a space where people can feel comfortable being themselves.
Created in collaboration with Jack from Wild Minds Coaching, attendees will have the opportunity to discuss and ask questions around neurodivergence with an experienced coach.
At these sessions you can expect:
• A reduced capacity (no more than 10)
• Access to our quieter smaller sauna run at a lower temperature
• Talking kept to a low volume throughout the sessions
• Optional discussions and advice from a neurodivergence coach
• A supportive, low-pressure environment
• Opportunities to connect with other like-minded folk
These sessions have been priced with accessibility in mind – allowing you to choose an amount you’re able to afford.
Please note – following further development and consultation, the name of these sessions, their prices and the latest session dates may differ from what had been previously advertised.
These sessions are led by Jack Yates of Wild Minds Coaching, an AuDHD neurodivergence coach with experience running ADHD and autism support groups in Leeds. Guests are free to leave and re-enter the sauna space at any time and any sharing and participation in discussion is always optional.
