A 75min sauna session, run specifically for those who identity as queer and/or are part of the LGBTQ+ community. Both saunas and cold plunges will be available to use as normal, with our smaller sauna remaining a quieter space.

Additional info:

This special session will be run by at least one staff member who identities as LGBTQ+. Any other staff working will remain in the staff area throughout the duration of the session.

There will be a 15min buffer either side of this session and any other sessions taking place.

Alongside this Queer Sauna, we also run a regular Trans & Non-binary Sauna and QTIBIPOC Sauna (for those who are Queer/Trans/Intersex, and also Black/Indigenous/a Person of Colour).
