Question 3

When are you open?

Accepted Answer

Public sessions run Friday 16:00-20:00, Saturday 08:00-12:00, 16:00-20:00 and Sunday 10:00-13:00. Times change week to week - the calendar always shows what is actually bookable. These are the times recurring sessions run. One-off dates and cancelled sessions can differ, so check the calendar for a particular day.

Question 4

What sessions do you run?

Accepted Answer

Sauna del soul runs Sauna botanica and Group sauna sessions at Stithians lake. Private hire is also available. The calendar shows every session that is currently bookable.

Question 5

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Prices run from £15 to £35 a session, depending on which session you book and which price you choose. Sauna del soul offers a choice of prices - Standard and Sauna botanica - so you can pick the one that fits. The exact price shows on each session when you book. Prices differ by session, so the range above spans every session this venue currently runs.

Question 6

How do I book a session with Sauna del soul?

Accepted Answer

Pick a date from the calendar, choose an available time slot, enter your details, and complete payment if the session is paid. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to manage the booking.

Question 7

Do I need an account to book?

Accepted Answer

Not if you have not booked here before. You can book as a guest using just your email address. If you already have an account with that address you are asked to sign in first, and an account makes managing future bookings easier.

Question 8

Can I book the same session every week automatically?

Accepted Answer

No. Bookings are made one at a time, so pick the date and time you want on each occasion. Anything you have already booked is listed on your account page.

Question 9

How far ahead can I book?

Accepted Answer

For regular sessions you can book up to 30 days ahead. Dates further out appear on the booking page closer to the time. Some sessions are one-off dates, or run to a set end date, so they do not follow this window.

Question 10

How late can I book?

Accepted Answer

Bookings stay open until the session ends, so you can still book a session that has already started. Once a session has finished it comes off the booking page.

Question 11

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

Payment methods are set by the venue and vary by region, typically card payments, with mobile wallets and local bank-debit options where the venue has enabled them. Memberships and Bundles unlock reduced prices automatically when you are signed in.

Question 12

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use the manage link in your confirmation email to reschedule up to 24 hours before the session starts, or to cancel up to 24 hours before the session starts. Booked the wrong date by mistake? You can change it yourself in the first 15 minutes after booking, even if it's past the reschedule cut-off. Paid bookings are refunded to the original payment method. Some sessions have their own rules. The exact rule for a session is shown when you book, and in your confirmation email.

Question 13

What happens if a session is cancelled?

Accepted Answer

You will get an email letting you know. Any payment is refunded in full to the original payment method automatically. There is nothing you need to do. Some sessions have their own rules. The exact rule for a session is shown when you book, and in your confirmation email.

Question 14

Can I change a private hire booking?

Accepted Answer

Private hire bookings can only be changed by the venue. Contact Sauna del soul to make any changes or to cancel. Adding or removing spaces on a private hire booking is always done by Sauna del soul.

Question 15

Can I buy a gift voucher?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Gift vouchers can be bought for Sauna del soul from the gift vouchers page. Pick a voucher, add a personal message, and the recipient receives a code by email that they redeem at checkout.

Question 16

How do Bundles work?

Accepted Answer

A Bundle is a set of sessions bought up front at a lower price than booking them one at a time. Once you have bought one, it is applied automatically when you book an eligible session while signed in with the same email address.

Question 17

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You are asked to read and agree to the venue's waiver when you book, and your agreement covers the spaces on your booking. If the wording changes you are asked to agree again the next time you book.

Question 18

Who do I contact about my booking?

Accepted Answer

Bookings are handled by Sauna del soul, so email saunadelsoul@gmail.com or call 07549933586. Have your booking reference from your confirmation email to hand and they can find it straight away.
