Yes. Use the manage link in your confirmation email to reschedule up to 24 hours before the session starts, or to cancel up to 24 hours before the session starts. Paid bookings are refunded to the original payment method.

You will get an email letting you know. Any payment is refunded in full to the original payment method automatically. There is nothing you need to do.

Yes. Gift vouchers can be bought for Sauna Sanctuary from the gift vouchers page. Pick a voucher, add a personal message, and the recipient receives a code by email that they redeem at checkout.

Yes. You are asked to read and agree to the venue's waiver when you book, and your agreement covers the spaces on your booking. If the wording changes you are asked to agree again the next time you book.
